In October, I stayed at this hotel for one night with my best friend, and the hotel exceeded our expectations by far. Our room was very clean, and the location of the hotel is incredibly good; it's so close to the square that everything is at 5 minutes walk away. As two girls, we didn’t hesitate to return to the hotel late at night. We also had to leave very early in the morning to catch a train, but the location is so central that we didn’t have any issues with that either. Additionally, the hotel owner's daughter was at the reception, and she was incredibly sweet and very helpful, explaining the sights in the city to us:) If you're looking for a hotel in Lyon, this is definitely a place you should choose. If I come again, I will definitely stay here!

The location is absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of the city in main shopping/eating area, close to the river and walking distance to Vieux Ville. Basic breakfast is available but we decided to eat out. Room was right by reception. 2 floors to get to reception. Could be difficult with large suitcases. Room was spacious for us and windows opened on to Theatre square. Hotel is budget so don't expect a lot of frills but it was clean and tidy and staff were very pleasant. If came to Lyon again would stay here.

We had an unscheduled stop in Lyon due to a missed flight. We booked this hotel by chance. The team at reception were absolutly fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us book train tickets to Nice the next day. We were also given a restaurant recommendation and we had an exceptional meal. A small hotel, but with a customer service ethic that would exceed most 5 star locations !!

Tom

This stay was value for money and absolutely surprising. For a 2 star hotel the location was excellent, with a view of the theatre, and friendly staff who even offered laundry services when other higher rated hotels in France did not. The room is basic but it had everything we needed in the perfect location.

Ana

Excellent location. Centrally located near restaurants and activities. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful. Marcia was especially great and the young woman (sorry, can’t recall her name) that helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport was super!
